Auction Terms and Policies

Auction Rules
All bidders must read and understand our Auction Rules before placing any bids.

By registering, you agree to receive emails from TNT Auctions. These emails include important information such as invoices and updates. If you unsubscribe or block our emails, you will not receive your invoices.

It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure their account information is accurate and up-to-date to avoid missing important notifications.
 

Refund Policy

All items are sold AS IS.

Refunds are only available for items that arrive broken.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must notify TNT Auctions via email.

  • The item must be returned by the following Tuesday at 4:00 PM.

No refunds will be issued after the return deadline. No exceptions.

Item Inquiries

Please note: colors may vary due to screen settings. For questions about items, contact us at info@tntauctions.online.

📌 Item inquiries will be accepted until Wednesday at 12:00 PM (noon) before the auction. We will respond before bidding begins so you can bid with confidence.
 

Fees

All invoices will include:

  • $1 handling fee

  • 15% buyer’s premium

  • 13% HST (Ontario tax)

Only Ontario sales tax applies. Taxes for other provinces and U.S. states do not apply.
 

Payment Rules

Payment is due by Monday following the auction.

If your card is declined, you may pay in person when picking up your items.

❗ Unpaid invoices will be voided, and the buyer will be blocked from bidding in future HiBid auctions.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Pick-Up Schedule

  • Thursday: 10 AM – 5 PM

  • Friday: 10 AM – 7 PM

  • Monday: 10 AM – 4 PM

Items not picked up during the scheduled times will incur a $9 holding fee plus tax.

Items will be held for one additional week only.
Unclaimed items will be resold. No exceptions.

Shipping Policy

Automatic Shipping:
Shipping is automatically applied for clients outside Ontario.

Within Ontario:
Shipping is available by request only. Please include your invoice number when requesting shipping.

Shipping costs are based on:

  • Package dimensions

  • Weight

  • Shipping distance

📌 No quotes will be provided.

Shipping Within Canada

Orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Shipping charges will be automatically billed to your credit card.

Shipping to the USA

U.S. customers must request shipping through Package Place.

To arrange shipping:

  1. Visit the Package Place website.

  2. Register and follow the steps.

  3. You’ll receive complete shipping details within minutes.

  • Shipping distance
